In his roles as a successful businessman, a scholarly expert in the leadership discipline, and a military veteran, Carlos brings an extensive reservoir of knowledge, hands-on experience, and unparalleled expertise. He holds a master’s in Strategic Leadership and a bachelor’s Organizational Leadership. He also possesses Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, and Business and Leadership certificates and is a certified Agile and SCRUM practitioner.
