As the President of Electi Group, Jean "Carlos" Dugrot is a distinguished leader and seasoned professional, accumulating over two decades of exemplary service to our nation within the U.S. Army Special Operations Command. Carlos is a multifaceted individual with a remarkable track record, positioned at the forefront of business, academia, and leadership. In his roles as a successful businessman, a scholarly expert in the leadership discipline, and a military veteran, Carlos brings an extensive reservoir of knowledge, hands-on experience, and unparalleled expertise. He holds a master’s in strategic leadership and a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership. He also possesses Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, and Business and Leadership certificates, and is a certified Agile and SCRUM practitioner.
Joe Pastorek
Co-Founder and CEO
As Electi Group’s CEO, Joe Pastorek is regarded as a top leader in the fields of joint and special operations, education and training, leadership development, and strategic & and organizational leadership. Joe acquired his unique experience and expertise by virtue of more than 20 years of loyal military service, 18 of which were in various special operations commands and elements, working with local populations and several U.S. and foreign government entities and nongovernmental organizations. Joe has a sterling reputation as an organizational leader and collaborator with a proven record of building diverse and effective teams to consistently deliver superior results. He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Leadership in the Public Sector from North Carolina State University.
